The functionality of the Contacts Lookup List has been enhanced to allow you to easily determine who owes you money and how much they owe. (These features quickly provide the relevant information on-screen; a printable Aging Report is still planned for the near future.)

These techniques are available now on both the full-screen and mobile sides of iForgeAhead. I won't be able to provide a video tutorial until after we return from the Hoof Care Summit, but you can begin using this feature now by following these guidelines and checking the screenshots attached to this post:

The Contacts Lookup List includes a new "Balance" column, which will display each contact's account balance. (If their balance is zero, it displays as blank in this column.)

On the mobile side, if you don't see the Balance column, click the "Extra Columns" link in the Action Panel at the top and make sure the "Balance" option is checked.

You can sort by any column, including Balance, by clicking on the column header. The first click on "Balance" will sort the list from lowest to highest, with the zero balances appearing first. TIP: Click "Balance" a second time to sort it in reverse order, so all those who owe you are at the top of the list, with the highest balance first.

The Filter section of the Action Panel includes a new checkbox labelled "Has Account Balance". Clicking this option will re-build the list to include only those contacts whose Account Balance is not zero. Please Note: this checkbox works in combination with the other settings in the filter area. For example, if you have already selected "Stable" in the contact type filter option, and then click the "Has Account Balance" checkbox, the list will then include only Stables that have an account balance.
