The Multi-Farrier version of iForgeAhead allows you to add an unlimited number of users to your account, and you can control which portions of the system each user has access to.
Remember that "users" are different than "teams". Teams determine how the work in your practice is divided - you can schedule appointments for each team in the schedule, and track work performed by each team in invoices.
Users, on the other hand, are people other than yourself who will be able to log-in and use your iForgeAhead system. These optional additional users can be team members, assistants, etc.
You should never give your user name and password to anyone else ... if you want someone else to use iForgeAhead on your behalf, simply set them up as a new user.
