Every time I try to enter a payment into the system, it won't let me get to the save section. It keeps reverting back to the beginning when halfway through data entry. It always comes back to just a comma on the contact field. I type the first few letters of the contact name and it takes a while before that name shows up. I click on that name in the drop down when it does and proceed to the amount field. If I get that far when I go to type of payment, everything disappears and goes back to the beginning. I was using enter on each field and thought that was wrong so I began clicking independently on the drop down choices, but the same result ensues most of the time ,
Thank you. Alan Dryg

Hi Alan,

Sorry to hear of the trouble you're having! You are correct that you shouldn't use the "Enter" key.

I know we've been trying to talk by phone and I hope we can do so soon. That will help determine what's happening for you and we'll be able to resolve it from there.

Thanks ~

Thank You, Julie. I was in the Doctors office today when you called. Sorry I couldn't answer. I will try and call tomorrow.
