Hello -

To enter a supplier, go to Contacts and Add a New Contact. Enter the Business Name (required) and any other optional contact information, then Save with the green check mark symbol.

When looking at the newly saved contact, click the green + (plus) symbol next to the "Roles" section, then select "Supplier" as the role and save.

Now when you are entering a new purchase, that contact record will be available in the Supplier drop-down list.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks!

Sorry, I should be more specific. Under home, then money matters, then purchases.

It will not let me enter a supplier. I tried entering them as a contact as well as a supplier, still not available.

As long as a contact record has the role "Supplier" assigned to it, then that contact will be available in the Supplier drop-down list when entering a purchase.

Let me know if you have any other issues with this -

Thanks!
