 Post subject: Last Visit Correction

I just completed filling out an invoice and had no problems e-mailing and marking final. Now,when I got to horses list and search for last visit, the dates do not match. Some dates actually show 12/30/2012. I checked the invoice and the dates and year are correct.
What should I do?

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.

When an invoice is finalized, iForgeAhead is supposed to set the Last Visit date for each horse in the invoice equal to the Service Date used for the horse in the invoice.

If you would please email me (info@iforgeahead.com) with the Invoice Number where this occurred, I will look into it and get it resolved.

Ok , I sent it and left the default e-mail settings as if I was sending it to a customer. My bad.

Also, when trying to add an e-mail address to contact,in the edit mode, the screen pops up as Server Error in '/' Application.
What`s up with that?

I received the copy of your invoice and verified the issue you reported with the Last Visit dates. I'll look into this in depth and will post a resolution, should be in the next day or two.

Also, regarding the error you received when entering an email address -- I haven't been able to reproduce this. When you have a chance, please try again. If you receive the error again, please email me at info@iforgeahead.com and let me know the contact name and the email address you are trying to enter. This will help me to troubleshoot the issue.
