I'm having a problem uploading my ForgeAhead data into iForgeAhead. When I chose the file and click upload I get the hourglass for a little bit then it goes to a screen saying there's no internet connection. I've tried both from ForgeAhead and from the back up file. Any ideas? Thanks- Jason |

Hi Jason, Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I haven't run across this situation before, so don't have an immediate suggestion. I'll be back in about an hour and will check the system to see what might be affecting this. If you have a chance, please let me know what you're using to upload (PC, Mac, etc), and also confirm that you can access other internet sites from that device. Thanks! |

Hi Julie- I'm using a pc running Vista. Yes I can access other sites with no problems. Thanks! |

UPDATE: Resolved Jason reported the next day that he tried again and was able to upload with no problems. |
