Maybe adding a supply list So when you run out of something you can jot it down so you don't forget at supply store
or maybe have the opyion to email the list direct to the supplier when order needs to be filled

This is an interesting suggestion; thanks for the detail on how it might be used.

We have plans to implement a "Task List" (to do list) which can cover anything, but something dedicated specifically to supplies is also a possibility.

We'll keep it on the list!
