Drop-down lists provide a quick way to select a value (such as a city or breed) when entering or changing records. They are used throughout iForgeAhead, and you can customize the items in the lists.
Most drop-down lists include an option named [Add New] at the bottom; you should select this if the item you need is not already in the list: Attachment:

You can also change items in a list (for example, if an item is spelled incorrectly), as well as remove items from a list. To do this, you should be in the full-screen side of iForgeAhead, and select Settings, then Manage Value Lists:Attachment:

This will open a page where you can make changes to values in various drop-down lists. First, select the type of list you want to work with. Then use the edit (pencil), delete (red X), or add (green +) buttons to make your changes:Attachment:

NOTE: A few values, such as the Payment Type "Credit Memo", are required for iForgeAhead and cannot be changed -- these do not have an edit or delete button.
These techniques work for the majority of drop-down lists that include a simple lookup list, such as cities, payment types, or breeds. Other drop-down lists contain values for major records, such as horses, contacts, and products / services. If you want to change a value in one of these lists - for example, you are creating an invoice and notice a horse name is mis-spelled - simply go to the main screen for that entry and edit the record. In this example, you would go to Horses, then go to the horse record, click the Edit button and change the name.
