When it’s time to change the price(s) you charge for any of your products or services, follow the steps below.
NOTE: The new prices will be used in all invoices going forward, so these changes should be made at the time the new prices go into effect.
- From the full-screen side of iForgeAhead, go to the Settings menu bar at the top, and select All Settings (see Pic 1 below)
- Click Products and Services (see Pic 2 below)
- Locate the item that will have a price change, and click the Pencil (edit) symbol. (see Pic 3 below)
- Change the Bill Rate to the new standard price for this item. (see Pic 4 below)
- Click the Green Check Mark to save the new bill rate. (see Pic 5 below)
- Repeat steps 3-5 for each item to be changed.
