When I schedule horses on my schedule there is a drop down list for horses. Some contacts that have horses on their profile show up on the drop down list, but there are other clients that have horses that don't show when scheduling. Any thoughts or ways I can correct this.
Thank you
Randy

For Scheduling, Horses are listed with their location. So if a horse has an owner and a stable, the system assumes that the horse's location is the Stable. If you make an appointment for the Stable, you'll see that horse listed in that appointment.

If you need to change a horse to show that it is no longer with a Stable, simply edit the Horse record and at the top of the Stable drop-down list is a blank option -- select that and save the record to remove the horse from a stable.

Hope that helps; let me know if you need anything else.

Yes, that does make good sense. My only problem I have is when reminders go out to the client about there appointment I am unable to show them which horses I am doing. So if I make the stable blank for certain horses this should enable me to drop down horses. Ok, will give it a try.
