Hi Kerri - Yes, this feature is being designed now, and I hope to release it within the next month. I believe we will be able to give you the option of either email or text reminders which you can set at the client level, so that some of your clients will get email and others text reminders. And, you'll be able to set how many days ahead of time you'd like the reminder to be sent. Thanks for raising this ... please let me know if you have additional questions. |

Just a quick update regarding the appointment reminder feature … We are currently building this feature that will automatically send a reminder email to your clients about their upcoming appointments. You will have full control over whether to use this feature or not, and which clients will receive reminders. The primary coding for this feature is complete; over the next week we will be fine-tuning it and testing it. We are aiming to release the appointment reminder module within the next 10 days. |
