Some users have recently reported intermittent problems while using iForgeAhead. Examples of these issues include:
- Clicking a button and getting an error
- Clicking a button and nothing happens
- The “Loading…” symbol appearing but not going away
We have identified that these issues can occur in certain systems using Windows and the Internet Explorer browser. We are working to address the issues for these systems, and plan to have them resolved in the next two weeks.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing these types of issues, we recommend that you use iForgeAhead with the Chrome browser. Chrome is alternative browser that you can use to access the internet, and does not produce these issues that can occur in Internet Explorer.
If you do not already have the Chrome browser on your computer, you can download it free here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ . Once installed, after you open Chrome simply go to http://www.iforgeahead.com and login as usual.
