During the past few months, we’ve been working to develop a solution that allows you to work with iForgeAhead offline – for times when you don’t have internet access.
iFAr (the iForgeAhead remote app) was introduced at the International Hoof Care Summit last week, and is scheduled to be released in March.iFAr will include the most important "on-site" features of iForgeAhead, so that while offline you’ll be able to:- Review information on active Contacts
- Add new Contacts
- Review information on active Horses, including HoofSpecs and Notes
- Add new Horses, HoofSpecs and Notes
- Review your Schedule, and add new appointments
- Create new Invoices
- Enter new Payments
- Enter new Purchases
- Enter new Mileage records
When you later have internet access again, you’ll be able to sync your new records to iForgeAhead.
Although the iFAr screens are designed for mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets, iFAr will work on PCs and Macs as well.
We’ll make an announcement as soon as iFAr is available. In the meantime, here are a few screenshots …
