iForgeAhead is used by farriers around the world!The appearance of dates, numbers and currency amounts changes for different countries and regions of the world. iForgeAhead displays these values in the U.S. format by default, but if you’re outside the U.S. you can select the appropriate format. iForgeAhead will remember your setting and will use it from that point forward.
Here’s how (the screen shot below shows these steps):
- On the full-screen side, go to the Settings menu and select My Account Settings
- On the left side, select the option for Change Language and Region Settings
- In the lower right, use the Region drop-down list to select your region*
*The options in the drop-down list are sorted by language, then region. For example, if you’re in the English-speaking portion of Canada, select “English – Canada”; if you’re in the French-speaking part of Canada, select “French – Canada”.
Regarding languages, the text in iForgeAhead is currently available in English only, but the setting you select for the region will still format dates and numbers correctly for your region. For the text, we are working on translations and plan to offer Spanish, French and German within the next couple of months, with other languages to follow.
