The Client / Horse Info form can be printed and used to write down basic information for clients and horses.
This is a helpful document to give to a new client; they can fill it out while you're working, and you'll have the info to add to iForgeAhead when you're done!
This form is available on the full-screen side of iForgeAhead, by clicking the Reports menu, then clicking Client / Horse Form. (See screenshot below)
