The following features have been added to iForgeAhead. These changes affect emailing invoices (and other reports), as well as Login / Logout processes.
Emailing to Multiple Addresses: You can now send invoices and other reports to more than one email address. Simply enter the email addresses in the To field with a comma in between (see 1st screen shot below).
In addition, you can save multiple email addresses in a contact’s record. For example, if you always want to send the invoice for a particular client to two (or more) addresses, enter the addresses in the Contact’s Detail screen (remember to use a comma - , - to separate the addresses). That way, each time you want to send that client’s invoice via email, those addresses will automatically load into the email form.
Login / Logout Enhancements: There are two enhancements regarding Login / Logout processes …
First, the mobile side of iForgeAhead now has a Logout option; it can be found at the bottom of any page on the mobile side (see 2nd screen shot below).
Second, if you go to http://www.iforgeahead.com and your device remembers that you are already logged in, you can simply click the Home link in the upper right to get into the iForgeAhead system (see 3rd screenshot below).
