This new feature in iForgeAhead provides the option to include a summary of charges by horse below the main invoice, including Sales Tax charged by horse.

This image shows the settings that will allow you to include the Subtotal by Horse section - be sure to click the "Save Settings" button after clicking the "Subtotal by Horse" checkbox in the Format Settings section:
