You can set iForgeAhead to automatically send reminders to your clients about their upcoming appointments. This is a valuable feature that improves your effeciency and maximizes your time, by helping to eliminate mis-communications and 'no-shows'. Reminder messages are sent automatically once each day based on your settings. Select when reminders should be sent, who should receive them, and the message your clients will receive. Reminders can be sent by email or text message (or both email and text). You can set which clients will receive which types of reminders.
