You may need to re-install your Forge Ahead Software at some point. For example, you decide to get a new computer, or your current computer crashes, or you want to use Forge Ahead on more than one computer*. Re-installing is a simple process that takes only a few minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

It is important that you contact us by email or phone before re-installing Forge Ahead. This allows us to provide you with the correct installation file (at no charge), based on the Windows version and any Forge Ahead add-on modules or upgrades you have received. We will also provide instructions for loading your Forge Ahead data after re-installing the program.

DO NOT install Forge Ahead on a computer running Windows Vista without contacting us first. Like most software companies, we had to modify our programs to make them compatible with Vista. Depending on when you purchased Forge Ahead, your version may not work on Vista. If you install a non-Vista version of Forge Ahead, it is very time-consuming to clean it out before the correct version will install properly.
